Cotton Onto Sewing's terms, conditions and cancellation policy
• Your place is only confirmed when payment is received.
• 35 days' notice is required to cancel any course or workshop with a full refund.
• If you are unable to attend a workshop you may fill your space with a friend or family member. If not you are entitled to the products of the course involved.
• If you are booking on a dressmaking course, please inform me before the course starts if you are unable to make any of the dates. There is a chance I can fit you into Another class to give you the full term of dressmaking. Unfortunately I am unable to do this later in the course if dates are missed due to holidays or illness.
• If you cancel a workshop after 35 days, I will always try my best to fill your space. If I manage to do so, you will receive a refund (minus a £5 admin charge).
• Social sewing spaces cannot be held without payment. Refunds cannot be made with socials, although I will try to fill your space if I can.
• Please check dates, venue and time before booking any workshop, course, class or demo.
• Gift Cards are only redeemable on workshops and courses and cannot be refunded after purchasing. All gift Cards are valid For 1 Year from time Of Purchase. Please note: Gift Cards can not be Redeemed against any third party workshops i run.
All Videos are owned by Cotton onto Sewing and are monitored to prevent File or Password sharing. Any Customers breaching these Terms & Conditions will be notified and removed from viewing any Paid videos and no refund will be given.
